The room was lovely and spacious. I found the bed really comfy. Breakfasts were very enjoyable. The staff was very pleasant at all times and.

The reception teams were professional and friendly. The bar service was quick. They were polite. Louise, Olivia, Made, and Scott provided an excellent service. I couldn't have asked for better. The team ensured a nice, sunny weekend.

the staff was friendly. the pool was clean and enjoyable, i appreciated that. we had good service during our evening meal. lillie was very attentive.
the bed was not comfortable. i found the shower to be quite horrible. there was a lot of noise late at night. it made it difficult to sleep.

The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. The location is ideal with tram and bus routes close by. The breakfast was delicious with various options. I found free parking on site which removed any concerns.

Staff members in the restaurant were quick to address concerns. Kelly stood out with her really good service. The reception staff were friendly and acted immediately on any communication issues that arose . I was pleased. The team seemed competent.

The hotel features a swimming pool that offers a safe depth for children to enjoy independently. There is a tram stop situated across the road, and it is easy to use. I found some great entertainment on offer, including one evening with the 4ds.

The room had comfortable beds, i slept very well. It was also kept spotlessly clean by the housekeeping staff daily. The provided amenities met all my needs making for a convenient stay. It was great.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. The all inclusive upgrade seemed worth it. The food was good. The kitchen staff specially prepared meals for my son who is a fussy eater. I liked that the hotel has easy parking and nice surroundings.
The room felt too hot, even with no heating. I could not open the window because a noisy generator was nearby. The swimming facilities looked tired, had a sweaty smell, and were not very clean. The breakfast selection was limited, and I felt it small for the price.

the staff was very friendly and were really nice with service i really enjoyed the nice relaxed atmosphere at the bar and entertainment area it looked like they are doing some renovating making improvements.
the lift is really small two people at a time it caused a wait sometimes

the hotel is right on the sea front it is a great location the tram stop is really close by guests can quickly access various attractions and it is super convenient.

the double room was spotlessly clean it was nice and warm the sea view from the room was lovely the mattress felt new and comfortable i slept really well.

the hotel had a games room that was a nice surprise the lobby was beautiful and well kept the bar staff were great providing excellent service and quick service the bar was very fun.
